  My Winrar already to version 4.0
  But it still said it is wrong
  I have download for two times to check
  or Winrar 4.0 isn't the latest ver?

    What link did you download from?
    Could you see the encrypted folder name in the WinRAR's main window?
    
    If the password is wrong, the encrypted folder name is not visible.
    If you can see the folder name but WinRAR reports CRC error, the file is corrupt.
    Please confirm your filesize is 1,031,085,194 bytes.
    If the filesize is correct, you can repair it because we have put 3% recorvery records in each archive.

    Yes, 4.00 is not the latest version.
    Now we use WinRAR 4.01 to compress our files.
    Although I think 4.00 is new enough, you can try 4.01.
